Really good cleanliness and friendly staff!

Exceptionally comfortable beds, climate control, a flat-screen TV and a writing table in the room.

The rooms were cheap & exceptionally nice with 1 king bed and 1 queen bed. I had climate control, multi-channel TV and a writing desk in the room. I had a decent time at this hotel and would love to return.

The great and the meh

The spacious rooms are perfect for families and the cute staff provides great service. The late check-in was handled smoothly, made our arrival much easier.

The decor is quite outdated and the air conditioning was noisy. We also experienced some foul odors that detracted from our overall comfort.

The details you care about most

The room was spacious with working amenities. I had to switch rooms due to an unpleasant smell. The staff, especially Ross, was friendly and accommodating. Great location near downtown LA, though be prepared for minor noise disturbances. A decent budget option!

perfect spot for exploring parks and trails nearby

Staying here was easy as I could easily venture to parks like Pico Park, just under 3 km away, and enjoy the Whittier Greenway Trail, less than 2 km from the hotel, making my weekend strolls enjoyable and convenient.

Families looking for a budget stay should consider it

The room was spacious. The manager was always around greeting guests and offering coffee, even chatted with us in the parking lot while we loaded our car in the heat, such a nice man.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive but still reasonable given the circumstances.

The shower was clogged while the room was spacious and modern.

the bathroom was spacious, and the lighting was really nice. the coffee was delicious, making mornings better. staff were genuinely friendly.

I was thoroughly impressed with the modern aesthetic and accessibility features throughout the hotel. The spacious bathrooms and well-lit hallways made moving around easy, particularly important for me as a senior guest. Everything felt fresh and inviting.

A microwave would be a helpful addition for seniors.

Epic was a solid choice for our family stay. The staff were super friendly and helpful in directing us to nearby shops. The room had a nice size, and everything was clean. Plus, it was just a quick drive to a gas station, very convenient. We appreciated the good cleaning service too.

Epic's got some culinary gold nearby! Hit up the local barbeque joint for some killer ribs that had my taste buds dancing. Plus, the room I snagged was a stunner, neat and decked with a modern vibe that I loved.

Sure, the place needs some love, like the shower head that sprays everywhere and a toilet that likes to run. Can you believe that?

Everything from check-in to the room was smooth and excellent. The spacious room exceeded my expectations and felt wonderfully modern during this overnight stay.

Comfortable room, friendly staff, the concierge Ross was accommodating and allowed me to change rooms due to an odor. The free Wi-Fi helped me plan my exploration of the area.
